How can I troubleshoot why the app is not working?

Check the most common configuration issues when pickup is not appearing at checkout.
You can always contact us at support@genieapps.xyz. Before reaching out, check the following to make sure everything is configured correctly on your side:

Make sure that you have a "Pickup In Store" product in your Shopify store.

Make sure that you have a shipping rate set up with a weight condition of 210,000 lbs or 95,000 kgs.
If both of the above are in place and the widget still doesn't appear, contact support at support@genieapps.xyz and we'll help you diagnose the issue.
