You must have an active Shopify store and agree to the Shopify Terms of Service to use this App. By accepting these Terms you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the App under applicable law.

3. Account & Access

Access to the App is granted through your Shopify account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to transmit any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our prior written consent.

5. Data & Privacy

The App accesses certain data from your Shopify store (orders, products, themes, shop information, and customer geolocation) solely to provide the pickup functionality described above. How we collect, use, and protect this data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Fees & Payment

The App is currently available free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify pricing in the future. Any pricing changes will be communicated in advance through the Shopify App Store listing and/or by email. Continued use of the App after a pricing change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including its code, design, and content, are owned by or licensed to Genie Apps. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the App beyond the limited licence to use it as described herein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Genie Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
