How to set the Schedule

Set duration, time zone, slot interval, minimum notice, cutoff time, and how far ahead customers can book.

Open the service and click "Schedule" in the left menu. What you see depends on the service type.

For Regular or Bundle, set Duration in minutes (5 to 480). Make sure availability blocks are long enough to fit it.

For Multiday, set minimum and maximum bookable days, plus check-in / pickup and check-out / drop-off times.

For Fullday, set when the day opens and closes. Optionally turn on "Event start time only".

For Bundle, set Sessions in pack (how many separate slots the customer must pick).

Set Time zone and Hour format (AM/PM or 24h).

Under Scheduling options, set how often slots are offered (every 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes), Minimum scheduling notice, Cutoff time, Look ahead, and which day the calendar week starts on.

Click Save.
