General configurations & keywords

Enable Delivery Customization and set the keywords that link your app to Shopify shipping rates.
General Configurations is where you enable the Delivery Customization feature and enter the keywords that connect the app to your Shopify shipping rates. These two steps are required before the app can control rates at checkout.
General Configurations — two sections to set up
Step 1 — Enable Delivery Customization
Go to Rates → General Configurations tab.
Change the dropdown from "Disabled" to "Enabled".
An info banner appears with a link to "Open Shipping and delivery profiles" — you will need this in Step 2.
Set Delivery Customization to Enabled — the badge turns green (Active)
Step 2 — Enter matching keywords
Once Delivery Customization is enabled, a "Enter Matching Keywords" section appears below. These keywords must exactly match the names of the shipping rates you have created in Shopify.
Local Delivery Keyword — enter the name of your Shopify local delivery rate (e.g. "Local Delivery"). The app will show this rate only to customers who qualify for local delivery.
Store Pickup Keyword — enter the name of your Shopify pickup rate (e.g. "Store Pickup"). The app shows this rate when the customer selects pickup at checkout.
Standard Shipping Keyword — enter the name of your Shopify standard shipping rate (e.g. "Shipping"). The app controls this rate for all other customers.
Each keyword must match the exact name of the rate in Shopify Shipping settings
All three keywords must be unique — you cannot use the same name for two different rate types. Spelling and capitalisation must match exactly what you set in Shopify.
Step 3 — Create matching rates in Shopify
Click the "Open Shipping and delivery profiles" link in the info banner (or go to Shopify Admin → Settings → Shipping and delivery).
In your shipping profile, add three shipping rates with the exact same names you entered as keywords.
Save your Shopify shipping settings.
Create rates in Shopify with names that match your keywords exactly
Back zin the app, click "Save" to save your General Configurations.
After saving, test your checkout with a customer address that qualifies for local delivery to confirm the correct rate appears.
