Understand how Delivery Customization controls which rates customers see at checkout.
The Rates page lets you control how shipping rates appear to customers at checkout using Shopify's Delivery Customization feature. When a customer reaches checkout, the app checks their address and cart, then shows or hides rates based on the rules you configure.

How Delivery Customization works
Delivery Customization is a Shopify feature that lets apps control which shipping rates are shown at checkout. Here is the flow:
You create shipping rates in Shopify (e.g. "Local Delivery", "Store Pickup", "Shipping") under Settings → Shipping and delivery.
You enter those exact rate names as keywords in the app's General Configurations.
When a customer checks out, the app uses Delivery Customization to show the correct rate based on their address and what you have configured.
The app matches your Shopify rates by keyword and shows the right one at checkout
Delivery Customization works on all Shopify plans — no special plan is required.
